Tom Lane, also known as Ginger Monkey, is an independent graphic designer based in Liverpool who specialises in bespoke lettering, branding, package design, illustration and typography. His work spans luxury start‑ups and global brands, grounded in a process built on trust, clarity and close collaboration. He develops ideas by hand, on paper or digitally, and shapes every detail with precision to create work with real craft and character. Influences range from gilding and etching to Americana and Japanese woodblock printing, but never as pastiche. These references are used to build authentic, cohesive visuals that feel emotionally true, brand‑relevant and unmistakably contemporary.
